In this article, you'll learn how to create a Win-Back reactivation strategy.
How it works
Set up a workflow that identifies contacts with a high frequency and monetary value but a low recency score within the RFM segmentation model, to fetch products that are automatically related to that contact and recommend them via email.

(This node will enter the contact into the workflow as soon as they join the “Win-Back” segment).
5. Click (Edit node settings) for the "Is in segment" node.
6. Under Select a segment, choose the segment created.
7. Click Update.
STEP 3. “Check value” node
(This node will check if the contact is subscribed to the newsletter).

9. Drag the “Newsletter subscription status” field from “Contact” to the block on the left.
10. Then, under Operator, choose “Is selected.”

(This node will fetch products related to the last purchase).

14. To select the use cases, drag “Automatically related to a contact” to the block on the right. Click Next .
15. In Main use case settings, select “0” in Number of products to fetch.
16. In Summary, locate the section Number of products to fetch and indicate “10”.
17. Click Apply .
STEP 5. “Send email” node
(This node will send the email with the products).
