Segment template listing

The segment template listing allows you to quickly create Dynamic Segments and/or Dynamic Plus segments based on the available examples. These templates filter by different criteria and contact behaviors, resulting in useful audience groups to apply in different strategies.

How to access?

You can access the segment template listing from "Contacts > Segments", by clicking on  Create segment.

Interface

The interface of the segment template listing is located in the Templates section and consists of four blocks:

1. Template listing: to browse segment templates. By default, all existing templates are displayed, and when filters are used, the resulting selection is shown.

2. Template information: to check details of each template, including segment type (Dynamic or Dynamic Plus), a description, main goal type (Conversion, Reactivation, or Retention), whether it is a predictive segment (indicated in the top right icon of the card), and channel (indicated in the bottom right icon of the card).

3. Search: to find an existing template using terms related to its name or description.

4. Filters: to refine the search based on goals and/or channels associated with segment templates.
