In integrations with PrestaShop, it is possible to export purchases to Connectif directly from the module, through the Purchase Sending section. This feature allows you to send to Connectif the purchases made in your store by specifying a date range and the statuses to import.
This article explains how to send purchases to Connectif from the PrestaShop module.
1. Features
- In the Connectif module for PrestaShop, there is a section that allows sending purchases made in the eCommerce to Connectif.
- This functionality allows selecting a date range and statuses to retrieve PrestaShop purchases matching those search criteria and send them directly to Connectif.
- To enable purchase sending, it is essential to have version 2.1.0 or higher of the Connectif module for PrestaShop.
- Sending purchases from PrestaShop is not available for stores with multilingual enabled.
- There are two restrictions regarding dates:
- The start and end dates can cover a maximum interval of 1 year.
- The start date cannot be earlier than the last 5 years.
- Purchases will only be created in Connectif if a purchase with that identifier does not already exist.
- If it already exists, the purchase will not be created in Connectif, and the following message will appear in the export CSV:
{"status":409,"title":"Conflict","detail":"Purchase X already exists."}
