To add contacts to a static segment, it must have been previously created. If you have not created it yet, you can do so by following the steps indicated in the creating a static segment section.
Manually

7. During the import process, choose between importing a CSV file with the contacts' data or pasting them directly into the interface. Check the Add to segment option and select the corresponding segment from the dropdown.
If some of the contacts in the CSV already exist in Connectif and you also want to add them to the segment during the import, you must check the Overwrite existing option.
8. Associate the imported fields with the corresponding contact destination fields.
Through a workflow
9. Go to "Workflows" and click on Create new workflow.
10. Connect the "Start" node to a node suitable for your strategy so that when the contact takes a certain action, they are added to a segment. For example, the "On Purchase" node.
11. Connect the "Add to segment" node and access its configuration.
12. Select the static segment to which you want to add the contacts and click Apply to save the node configuration.
