Product sheets are where you can view all the information collected by Connectif about your eCommerce products individually. Becoming proficient in its interface will help you review data about their category, tags, and other features to leverage in your strategies.
How to Access?
You can access the product sheet through the path "Ecommerce > Catalog".
Interface
The main interface of the product sheet consists of four blocks:
1. Search: to search for products within the catalog.
2. Filter: to filter product segments.
3. Creation, import, synchronization, and deletion: to manually add new products, perform imports or review their history, as well as activate bulk product synchronization.
4. Product list: to view, access the detail page, and edit products.
When accessing a specific product, two tabs are distinguished:
5. Detail: to review the collected data of the product.
6. Related products: to view products associated with that item.
How It Works
The product sheet contains all the data Connectif has collected about it. By default, this information is shared with Connectif every time a user visits it on the website.
These sheets are particularly useful to know product properties that can be used in dynamic content or to create segments.
All data in the product sheets comes from the eCommerce, and except for three fields (see point 2), they cannot be edited from the sheet.
1. Review Product Data
Locate the product in the product list (4) and click (Edit) to access its sheet.

These are updated in Connectif by default each time a contact visits a product page, through the visited product tag (if integrated via tags) or the visited product notification (if integrated via JavaScript).

Units in stock: to set the quantity of that product remaining in stock.
Blacklist: to add products to a blacklist so they are not recommended.
3. Update and Verify a Product
After making changes to a product in the eCommerce, you can update and verify its information in Connectif by clicking the Verify product now button found on each product’s sheet to update the information of a specific item.
4. Synchronize All Products in the Catalog
Click the Product Synchronization button, located in the creation, import, synchronization, and deletion block (1) to update the entire catalog.

5. Delete a Product

6. Delete the Entire Product Catalog
In the Creation, import, synchronization, and deletion panel (1) click on (Delete Catalog).
In the pop-up window, you must confirm the deletion by typing "Delete" and clicking to delete all products.
7. Review Related Products
Access the Related Products tab (6) to check the items that Connectif automatically establishes as related, based on contacts’ behavior regarding that product.
These are some of the criteria on which the product relation mechanism is based:
Connectif sets a maximum of 40 related products to a specific item.
Product relationships are unidirectional and not always reciprocal, meaning if product "A" is related to product "B", product "B" is not necessarily related to "A".
Connectif works with the relevance or "weight" of the relationship between two products. The higher the relevance, the stronger the relationship between the two products.
-
For increasing relevance, Connectif considers:
Products that have been purchased together. This has significant weight in product relationships.
Products that have been visited following other products. This has minor weight in product relationships.
Just as relevance can increase, it also decreases if those factors are not met.
The relationship between two products can be lost if relevance decreases enough.
