To deactivate the Connectif integration with your VTEX IO store, it is important to always disable the VTEX app before uninstalling it. Simply deactivate it from the settings:
Once deactivated, Connectif will stop synchronizing your product catalog and contacts. It will also stop recording your contacts' web activity, and you can proceed with the uninstallation.
NOTE: If the app is uninstalled without being deactivated, the Connectif account will continue synchronizing your product catalog and contacts, but it will not register any new web activity.
