Recovering abandoned carts is always a priority in any eCommerce. By using an email sequence, you can remind users of their desired products multiple times to rescue the cart and increase your sales volume.
In this article, you will learn how to create a cart recovery funnel.
How it works
To send a sequence of abandoned cart emails, we’ll configure two emails in the workflow with the cart products, based on the type of products included. These will be sent to contacts subscribed to the newsletter. After this first email, we’ll configure additional emails as reminders for the user, including waits and checks between them to ensure that if a purchase is made before the sequence ends, the emails are not sent.
