Connectif Copilot

Connectif Copilot is an assistant powered by artificial intelligence that will help you create, manage and analyze your digital marketing campaigns. With this ChatGPT-based chat you will be able to create emails and content, as well as analyze your eCommerce performance in an agile way.

 

How to access?

You can access Copilot via the assistant access button, which is located in the main menu of Connectif, and you can deploy it from any area of Connectif.

Interface

The assistant Copilot will appear as a popup composed of two blocks:

  1. Options/results: to choose between the different available options, click on them to detail the request and generate/show the response.
  2. Minimized and closed: to minimize the popup in the interface or close it.

Operation

Copilot is an intelligent and creative assistant whose goal is to facilitate the content creation process. It allows you to interact with it to ask it to help you generate, review, translate and optimize your texts.

It uses the GPT language model developed by OpenAI.

It works through a token system, meaning each Connectif Store has a limited number of tokens to use each month, and each assistant response consumes a certain amount. The tokens used in an interaction are the sum of the user’s input and the model’s output. On day 1 of each month this number will reset and all tokens will be available again for use.

 

1. Manage analytics and reports

Select in the options block (1) the entry Talk about my data.

Through this option, Copilot will help you analyze your eCommerce data based on your requests and will propose optimization suggestions for those metrics.

2. Create emails

Select in the options block (1) the entry Generate an email.

Through this option, Copilot will generate the design and texts of your email based on the instructions you give.

3. Create segments

Select in the options block (1) the entry Generate segment.

Through this option, Copilot will create a contact segment (Dynamic or Dynamic Plus) based on the criteria you specify, pre-selecting the filters.

3. Generate texts

Select in the options block (1) the entry Generate a text.

In the generated box, type your request for a response from Copilot and click on Generate.

Copilot will display a response in the conversation block (1). You can copy it by clicking the (Copy) button or ask the assistant to modify the response by clicking on Make changes.

You can also indicate to the model whether you liked the response or not, by clicking the corresponding button.

4. Rewrite texts

Select in the options block (1) the entry Rewrite.

In the generated box, type your request for a response from Copilot and click on Rewrite.

Copilot will display the rewritten text with the changes indicated in the conversation block (1).

5. Review a text

Select in the options block (1) the entry Review the text.

In the generated box, type your request, including the text and which aspects you want Copilot to review, and click on Review.

Copilot will display the reviewed text with the indicated patterns in the conversation block (1).

6. Change the tone of a text

Select in the options block (1) the entry Change the tone.

In the generated box, type your request, including the text and the tone to which you want Copilot to adapt it, and click on Change the tone.

Copilot will display the text with the indicated tone in the conversation block (1).

7. Translate a text

Select in the options block (1) the entry Translate to….

In the next step, choose the language into which you wish to translate your text.

Then insert the original text and click on Translate.

Copilot will show the translated text in the conversation block (1).

8. Operational limitations

Like all artificial intelligence techniques, the Copilot assistant has a number of usage limitations:

8.1. Model memory limitation

Copilot, in general, treats all actions it can perform independently. That is, it is not able to maintain a conversation or remember past actions.

8.2. Model limitation

As with any language model, the responses provided may not always be correct. It’s recommended that you review the texts generated by Copilot to ensure the information created is correct.

Similarly, under certain circumstances the model may generate biased or inappropriate content.

Also, the model that Copilot offers does not contain information about events beyond 2021. For this reason, you may notice that the model is unaware of more recent events.
