Increase repeat purchases by showing customers a coupon, or help your contacts to make their first purchase by showing them related products in their Doofinder search. This way, you’ll encourage new contacts to make a purchase and current customers to repeat.
In this article you’ll learn how to insert an inline recommender in Doofinder.
How it works
To interact with contacts who open Doofinder, this strategy shows inline content based on the data of their recency (RFManalysis). If the contact has made a purchase, they are shown inline content with a coupon. If they have not yet made any purchase, it shows another inline with recommended products, based on those visited by the contact or, if they have not visited any, in the most viewed of eCommerce.
