A dynamic segment is a set of contacts with common characteristics that Connectif automatically generates according to the conditions indicated at the time of creation. Its use allows real-time availability of groups of contacts grouped according to the pursued objectives.
1. Properties
1.1. General
- Dynamic segments are created based on one or more characteristics that are to be considered, and it is necessary for the contact to meet all the conditions to become part of it. For example: "subscribed to newsletter" and "interested in shoes".
-
Connectif continuously and in real-time evaluates both existing and new contacts for inclusion in the segment.
- If a contact meets all the established conditions, they will become part of the segment.
- If a contact stops meeting any of the established conditions, they will no longer belong to the segment.
- The main difference with static segments is that they require the use of a workflow to include contacts, whereas dynamic segments automatically group all contacts that meet the conditions established in their configuration, without requiring an additional workflow.
- Dynamic segments are always active and updated, allowing for prolonged strategies to be maintained consistently and effectively for each audience niche, optimizing the user experience.
