Website lead scoring segmentation

Score and classify your contacts according to their actions and launch more effective communications based on their position in the sales funnel.

In this article you’ll learn how to create a point or lead scoring system.

Objective: Segmentation.
Difficulty: Beginner.
When to use it: As soon as you want to set up a lead scoring system.

This strategy is part of our pool of templates. To implement it in your account, log in to your Connectif account and go to "Workflows Create new workflow". In the Create from template section, enter the name of the workflow in the search engine (Segmentation according to website lead scoring) then click Select and Create.

How it works

To set up a lead scoring system, we’ll configure nodes in the workflow that detect the actions we want to score and others that establish the scores for each action.

This workflow includes the most commonly-scored actions but you can add as many actions as you wish to score, depending on your strategy.

Once this workflow is in place, you’ll be able to create dynamic segments based on the contacts' score to launch personalized strategies.
