The product sheets are where you can view all the information collected by Connectif about the products in your eCommerce, individually. Mastering its interface will help you review data about its category, tags, and other characteristics to leverage in your strategies.
How to access?
You can access the product sheet through the path "Ecommerce > Catalog".
Interface
The main interface of the product sheet consists of four sections:
1. Creation, import, synchronization, and deletion: to manually add new products, import or review the history of these imports, and activate bulk product synchronization.
2. Search: to search for products within the catalog.
3. Filter: to filter segments of products.
4. Product listing: to view, access the detail page, and edit products.
When accessing a specific product, there are two tabs:
5. Detail: to review the data collected about the product.
6. Related Products: to view products associated with that item.
Functionality
The product sheet contains all the data that Connectif has collected about this product. By default, this information is shared with Connectif every time a user visits it on the website.
These sheets are particularly useful for understanding product properties that can be used in dynamic content or for creating segments.
All data in the product sheets comes from the eCommerce, and except for three fields (see point 2), cannot be edited from the sheet.
1. Review product data
Locate the product in the product listing (4) and click on (Edit) to access its sheet.

In the pop-up window, confirm the catalog deletion by typing "Delete" and clicking delete all products.
7. Review related products
Access the Related Products tab (6) to consult the items that Connectif automatically identifies as related, based on contact behavior regarding that product.
These are some of the criteria used for the product relationship mechanism:
- Connectif sets a maximum of 40 products related to a specific item.
- The relationship of products is unidirectional and not always reciprocal; that is, if product "A" is related to product "B," product "B" does not necessarily have to be related to "A."
- Connectif works with the relevance or "weight" of a relationship between two products. The greater the relevance, the stronger the relationship between the two products.
- To increase relevance, Connectif considers:
- Products that have been purchased together. This has significant weight in the product relationship.
- Products that have been visited following other products. This has less weight in the product relationship.
- Just as relevance can increase, it also decreases if those factors are not met.
- The relationship between two products can be lost if relevance drops sufficiently.
