Cross Selling

Increase your eCommerce sales by showing your contacts products related to ones they have previously purchased, using inline content on the home page.

In this article, you’ll learn how to create an inline cross selling strategy on the home page

Objective: Retention.
Difficulty: Beginner.
When to use it: Any time you want to use cross selling.

This strategy is part of our pool of templates. To implement it in your account, access your Connectif account and go to “Workflows Create new workflow”. In the Create from template section, enter the name of the workflow in the search engine (Cross selling) then click Select and Create.

How it works

To display the inline products, in the workflow we are going to configure in the workflow an inline web content that will appear on the home page of the website when a customer accesses it.
