Identify contacts who have abandoned a cart during the Black Friday period to motivate them to make a purchase, for example by sending them an email with the products they abandoned.

Segmentation
This segment groups contacts who have abandoned a cart during the Black Friday period and have not made any purchases.
Configuring a dynamic plus segment
STEP 1. Contacts included
FILTER 1. Cart abandonment activities
1. Click "Select field or activity”. When the dropdown opens, select the "Carts" group on the left side and, in the fields on the right, choose "Cart abandonment activities”.
2. In the second dropdown, select "Are more than", and set a value of "0".
3. In the next dropdown, select "Between dates “, and select the Black Friday date range.
STEP 2. Excluded contacts
FILTER 2. Purchase activities
4. Click Add exclusion group.
5. Click "Select field or activity”. When the dropdown opens, select the "Purchases" group on the left side and, in the Activities on the right, "Purchase activities”.
6. In the second dropdown, select "Are more than", and set a value of "0".
7. In the next dropdown, select "Between dates “, and select the Black Friday date range.
8. Click Save.
