Complete the contact form

This makes it easier to obtain missing data from contacts registered on your website, via a floating bar that pops up when they log in.

In this article you’ll learn how to create a data-gathering strategy.

Objective: Acquisition.
Difficulty: Beginner.
When to use it: In data-gathering campaigns.

This strategy is part of our pool of templates. To implement it in your account, access your Connectif account and go to “Workflows Create new workflow”. In the Create from template section, enter the name of the workflow in the search engine (Get more information about a customer) then click Select and Create.

This strategy does not work with VTEX and Shopify integrations.

How it works

In the workflow, configure a floating bar with the data form to be obtained together with a limitation of 15 days, so that once it is displayed, it does not appear on subsequent pages visited. After submitting the form, the information obtained is stored.
