Questo articolo è attualmente disponibile in inglese e spagnolo. Puoi fare riferimento a questa documentazione mentre arriva nella tua lingua.

The SMS editor allows you to visually design personalized text messages for your contacts. These will be sent from your account via workflows created for this purpose.

How to access it

You can access the SMS push editor through two routes:

1. From "Content > SMS". Click Create new SMS to generate a new SMS, or click More and select Edit to modify an existing SMS.

2. From the “Send SMS” node in a workflow, by clicking I (Edit node settings). Click I Create new content or Edit to modify an existing SMS.

The SMS editor is made up of 3 blocks:

1. Saved: to save or discard the changes made.

2. Design panel: to preview the SMS result in real time.

3. Toolbox: to add content and variables to the text message. This panel can be collapsed or expanded by clicking I (Open toolbox) or (Close toolbox).

How it works

The SMS editor is based on a visual builder that allows you to create messages quickly and easily, displaying changes in real time.

1. Edit SMS name

In the I Toolbox panel (3), click on the General tab to edit the name of the SMS and identify it in your account.

2. Add text message

In the Toolbox panel (3), click on the Content tab to enter the text to be sent in your SMS.
As you enter text, the editor will display the length of your message, how many characters are available, the character encoding format and the number of messages to be sent.

3. Adding variables to the SMS

In the Content tab of the Toolbox panel (3), click { } (Define a dynamic variable) to include the variable.

Assign a name to the variable to distinguish it and a default value to define the value you want it to acquire when there is no data stored in the corresponding field.

4. Review variables

Check the variables created and how many times they appear in the text elements using the Toolbox (3) panel, in the Variables tab. To edit their format, click .

5. Save changes

In the save pane (1), once the result is correct, click Save to save your changes to the message.

You’ve reached the end of the tutorial.
