Communicate the tracking status of orders placed on e-commerce platforms with tracking on Qapla, through Connectif.
In this article, you will learn how to communicate shipping updates of a purchase order from Qapla.
Operation
To communicate the order status in Qapla, it's necessary to create a custom data reception integration. In this case, a reception event that you can find in the Integration with Qapla article. Subsequently, create a workflow with the resulting trigger node from the integration that sends an email with the indicated order status once the data is received in Connectif.
Workflow configuration
STEP 1. Node "Start"
(In this node, the audience to whom the action will be directed will be established).
1. Click on (Edit node settings) of the node "Start".
2. In Select a restriction, check "All my list" and select "All my list".
3. In Select data source, check "All existing ones".
4. Click on Update.
STEP 2. Node "Trigger"
(In this node, the activation of the data reception event will be detected).
5. Click on (Edit node settings) of the node "Trigger".
6. Click on Limitations and uncheck the "Disable after firing" box.
7. Click on Update.
STEP 3. First node "Check value"
(In this node, it will be identified whether the status corresponds to what we want to identify).
8. Click on (Edit node settings) of the node "Check value".
9. Drag the "qaplaStatus" field from the "Trigger" towards the left block.
10. In Operator, select "Is equal to".
11. Drag the "Literal" field to the right block and write "SENT".
12. Click on Update.
STEP 4. First node "Send email"
(In this node, the campaign email will be sent).
13. In the junction of this node with the previous one, click on the circle until "Yes" appears.
14. Click on (Edit node settings) of the node "Send email".
15. In Limitations, uncheck the "Limit per contact" box.
16. In Settings, select the email you want to send and click on Next .
17. In the Send to section, select "Contact".
18. Indicate the email type "Newsletter".
19. Configure the Parameters of "Send to contact" section.
20. In Google Analytics, click on "Enable Google Analytics" and then on Next .
21. Click on Finish .
STEP 5. Second node "Check value"
(In this node, it will be identified whether the status corresponds to what we want to identify).
22. In the junction of this node with the previous check value, click on the circle until "No" appears.
23. Click on (Edit node settings) of the node "Check value".
24. Drag the "qaplaStatus" field from the "Trigger" towards the left block.
25. In Operator, select "Is equal to".
26. Drag the "Literal" field to the right block and write "ON DELIVERY".
27. Click on Update.
STEP 6. Second node "Send email"
(In this node, the campaign email will be sent).
28. In the junction of this node with the previous one, click on the circle until "Yes" appears.
29. Click on (Edit node settings) of the node "Send email".
30. In Limitations, uncheck the "Limit per contact" box.
31. In Settings, select the email you want to send and click on Next .
32. In the Send to section, select "Contact".
33. Indicate the email type "Newsletter".
34. Configure the Parameters of "Send to contact" section.
35. In Google Analytics, click on "Enable Google Analytics" and then on Next .
36. Click on Finish .
STEP 7. Third node "Check value"
(In this node, it will be identified whether the status corresponds to what we want to identify).
37. In the junction of this node with the previous check value, click on the circle until "No" appears.
38. Click on (Edit node settings) of the node "Check value".
39. Drag the "qaplaStatus" field from the "Trigger" towards the left block.
40. In Operator, select "Is equal to".
41. Drag the "Literal" field to the right block and write "DELIVERED".
42. Click on Update.
STEP 8. Third node "Send email"
(In this node, the campaign email will be sent).

54. Drag the "qaplaStatus" field from the "Trigger" towards the left block.

56. Drag the "Literal" field to the right block and write "PROBLEM".
57. Click on Update.
STEP 10. Fourth node "Send email"
(In this node, the campaign email will be sent).
58. In the junction of this node with the previous one, click on the circle until that appears "Yes".
59. Click on (Edit node settings) of the node "Send email".
60. In Limitations, uncheck the "Limit per contact" box.
61. In Settings, select the email you want to send and click on Next .
62. In the Send to section, select "Contact".
63. Specify the email type "Newsletter".
64. Configure the Parameters of "Send to contact" section.
65. In Google Analytics, click on "Enable Google Analytics" and then on Next .
66. Click on Finish .
