Last opening/click 61-90 days ago

Identify contacts who last opened or clicked on an email between 61 and 90 days ago, to send them a campaign email.  

In this article you’lll learn how to segment customers with an open or click date between 61 and 90 days ago.

  

This dynamic plus segment is part of our Optimized email campaign template. Remember that you can create your dynamic plus segment from "Contacts Segments", by clicking Create new segment and selecting "Dynamic plus segment".

 

Segmentation

In this segment, we’ll group contacts who are subscribed to the newsletter and have opened or clicked on the email between 61 and 90 days ago.

Configuring a dynamic plus segment

STEP 1. Contacts included

FILTER 1. Contacts subscribed to the newsletter

1. Click "Select field or activity”. When the dropdown opens, select the "Contact profile" group on the left and, in the fields on the right, choose "Newsletter subscription status”.

2. In the second dropdown, choose "Is equal to" and indicate "Subscribed" in the next dropdown that appears.

3. Click "And".

FILTER 2. Email opening activities

4. Click "Select field or activity”. When the dropdown opens, select the "Emails" group on the left and, in the Activities on the right, "Email opening activities".

5. In the second dropdown, select "Are more than", and set a value of "0".

6. In the third dropdown, select "In the last" and set a value of "90" Days.

7. On the right, click "Or".

FILTER 3. Email click activities

8. Click "Select field or activity”. When the dropdown opens, select the "Emails" group on the left side and, in the Activities on the right, "Email click activities".

9. In the second dropdown, select "Are more than", and set a value of "0".

10. In the third dropdown, select "In the last" and set a value of "90" Days.

STEP 2. Excluded contacts

FILTER 4. Email opening activities

11. Click Add exclusion group.

12. Click "Select field or activity”. When the dropdown opens, select the "Emails" group on the left and, in the Activities on the right, "Email opening activities".

13. In the second dropdown, select "Are more than", and set a value of "0".

14. In the third dropdown, select "In the last" and set a value of "60" Days.

15. On the right, click "Or".

FILTER 5. Email click activities

16. Click "Select field or activity”. When the dropdown opens, select the "Emails" group on the left side and, in the Activities on the right, "Email click activities".

17. In the second dropdown, select "Are more than", and set a value of "0".

18. In the third dropdown, select "In the last" and set a value of "60" Days.
