Introduction to the Connectif API

Integration via API allows you to synchronize Connectif with purchase data, products, or contacts generated on any of your external platforms: web, offline points of sale, ERP, Data Mart, etc.

It is designed for eCommerce businesses that need greater control over catalog updates, contact data, or other exports, as well as to record purchases that might not be detected by web tracking.

  

To use the integration via API, you will need an expert with programming knowledge.

 

How to use the Connectif API?

1. Manage contacts

Keep in mind that purchases collected via the API have no web context, so they generate a purchase event that can be reacted to by segmenting the contact or sending an email, but it is not possible to influence the buyer’s navigation through strategies that include web content.

The Offline purchases mode of the Shopify module allows you to synchronize purchases with the platform via its own API without additional configuration.

API Limitations

API method calls are globally limited to 10 requests per second per account.
