Nodes of the trigger type will activate in real time when the contacts perform a specific activity in your site.
Within the trigger nodes, we can distinguish 5 different categories:
Contact
On search
It activates when a search is done on the site. In the settings, it's possible to add key words in case you only want the node to activate when those words are searched.
On email open
It activates when the contact opens an email sent via Connectif. In the settings, we can set it up to detect any email or a specific one.
On link click
It activates when the contact clicks a link within an email that was previously sent via Connectif. It can be set up to activate with any click on any email or a click on a specific one.
On unsubscribe
It activates when the contact unsubscribes from a newsletter via the link that appears in the footer. This element can be added while creating an email. It can be set up to detect contacts unsubscribing from any email or a specific one.
Web
On page visit
It activates when a contact visits a page from your site. It can be set up so it activates when contacts visit any page, a page that starts with certain characters or we can even add the URL that the contact has to visit to activate the node. Also, we can filter for the node to only detect the visits to pages according to their category or tag.
You can also exclude URLs if you don't want the node to activate when the contact visits certain pages.
Lastly, we can choose if the visit will be detected when the contacts do it through any device or only when it's in desktop or mobile.

It activates when the contact gets a message at the same time they are browsing our site. We can set it up so it activates after showing any message or only a specific one.

On web content click
Works similarly to the previous node, but it only activates when the contact clicks in any element with a link within the web content. We can choose if the click as to be on any element or one in particular. We can also detect any click to any link on our site, even if it's not inside the web content, with the option "on click on some of the following manually specified links".
On form submitted
It activates when the contact sends an already filled form. You can choose the node to activate with any form or with a particular one. Also, we can filter by URLs in which the form is on.
On push notification opened
It activates when the contact opens a push notification. We can detect any push or a specific one.
On push notification clicked
It activates when the contact clicks a link within a push notification. We can detect if the click is from any link or one in particular if there's more than one in the push.

It activates when a contact subscribes to push notifications.
On push notification unsubscribed
It activates when a contact unsubscribes from push notification in any device.

It activates when the contact makes a purchase on the site. You can set up filters to detect purchases with specific characteristics.

On product searched
It activates when products are searched. Same set up options as "On product visited".
On cart abandoned
It activates when a contact abandons their cart. You can define the time for it to be considered abandoned by going to "Integrations > E-commerce". It can be activated by any cart, but this node allows the user to add filters to detect carts that meet certain conditions for the node to activate.
On product added
