The Connectif Home is the welcome screen where all activities and operations are gathered. Here you will find a snapshot of your account’s performance in real time.
How to Access?
You can access your Home through the Home button in your account.
Interface
The main interface of the Home consists of 11 blocks:
- Create workflow: to create a new workflow, an express workflow, an email, web content, or a segment.
- Your plan this month: to check consumed and remaining activities and emails, available Copilot credits, and the days left until the current period ends.
- Your business at a glance: to review the main business metrics from the last 30 days, such as purchases and revenue attributed to Connectif, average order value, and recovered carts.

Who buys from you: to review the profile of your buyers, whether new or returning customers, as well as the total sales value.
- Which channels generate revenue for you: to check the revenue generated by each channel (Email, Web push notification, SMS, Web content, and Mobile push notification).
- Your star products: to identify the products that generate the most revenue.

Your marketing calendar: to view your scheduled workflows by date and the number of workflows in draft, active, and paused status.
- Your audience: to review the evolution of new contacts over the last 30 days, the ratio of anonymous to known visitors, and the distribution of your contacts according to their RFM value.
- Real-time activity: to check the latest activities your contacts are performing in your store that Connectif is recording in real time.

How your channels are performing: to compare the performance of your channels over the last 30 days using metrics such as sends, open rates, clicks, conversion, and revenue generated.
How it Works
The Connectif Home presents a series of data that allow you to quickly get a global view of your Store’s performance, purchases, workflows, content, and contacts.
When you start with Connectif, the Home will show almost no data, but as you use it, it will have more and more information.
1. Create workflows, content, or segments from the Home
From the Home, you can quickly access the creation of different key elements for your marketing automation strategies.
Click on the Create workflow block (1) to choose one of the available options:
- Create a workflow.
- Create an express workflow.
- Create an email.
- Create web content.
- Create a segment.
Each option will open the corresponding editor so you can create the selected element.
2. Reviewing the Data
Access the Home screen to quickly view the main metrics of your Connectif account.
2.1. Your plan this month
In Your plan this month (2), review the number of activities, emails, and Copilot credits consumed and available until the next period. If the limit is exceeded, a warning will appear at the bottom of the section.
From this area, if you have the permissions, you can click Manage subscription to access the management screen for your Connectif subscription.
2.2. Your business at a glance
In Your business at a glance (3), check the main metrics of your eCommerce from the last 30 days, as well as their evolution compared to the previous period. The available data are:
- Purchases: amount of registered purchases and total number of purchases.
- Purchases attributed - Connectif: amount and number of purchases attributed to Connectif.
- Average ticket: average order value of the purchases made by your contacts.
- Recovered carts - Connectif: amount of purchases associated with recovered carts and number of abandoned carts that have been recovered.
Also, click on View dashboard to access the Dashboards Analytics area, where you will find detailed information about your eCommerce.
2.3. Who buys from you
In Who buys from you (4), review the profile of your customers to understand if they are first-time or returning customers.
This section also includes the amount of purchases made by each of these buyer groups, as well as total sales, both in total monetary amount and in number of purchases and buyers.
2.4. Which channels generate revenue for you
In Which channels generate revenue for you (5), check the amount of purchases made in your eCommerce during the last 30 days, classified according to the Connectif channel to which they are attributed:
- Email.
- Web push notifications.
- SMS.
- Web content.
- Mobile push notifications.
2.5. Your star products
In Your star products (6), you can see which are the five most popular items in the last 30 days, meaning those that have sold the most.
For each product, you can review the monetary value generated in sales and the number of units sold.
2.6. Your marketing calendar
In Your marketing calendar (7), quickly view the workflows you have scheduled and their corresponding dates. Select a day on the calendar to check the corresponding workflows.
At the bottom, you will find the total number of workflows in your account according to their status: “Draft,” “Active,” and “Paused.”
Also, click View calendar to access the full calendar, where you can check your scheduled workflows by month and apply filters to easily locate them.
2.7. Your audience
In Your audience (8), check the main metrics about contacts and visitors to your eCommerce during the last 30 days. You will find:
- New contacts: number of new contacts registered and total contact volume.
- How many visitors do you already know?: distribution of your visitors classified as anonymous and known.
- Your contacts by value (RFM): distribution of contacts according to their value as buyers based on RFM analysis, and the total number of contacts in each group.
Also, click View dashboard to access the Dashboard Analytics area, where you will find detailed information about your audience.
2.8. Real-time activity
In Real-time activity (9), you have a record of the actions your contacts are performing in real time in your eCommerce that Connectif is registering.
Also, by clicking on the Go to contact in each action, you will access the corresponding contact’s profile.
2.9. How your channels are performing
In How your channels are performing (10), compare the performance of the communication channels over the last 30 days through their main metrics:
- Channel: communication channel to which the metrics correspond.
- Sends: number of sends made through that channel.
- Open rate (OR): percentage of sends that have been opened.
- Click-through rate (CTR): percentage of sends that generated a click.
- Click-to-open rate (CTOR): percentage of opens that generated a click.
- Conversion rate: percentage of conversions attributed to the channel.
- Revenue generated: amount of purchases attributed to the channel.
