The Calendar is a Connectif feature designed to help you visualize and plan the marketing activity of your account.
From a single view, you can check which automations are active at any given time, identify periods of higher activity, and analyze the evolution of the main performance indicators of your strategy.
By combining workflow planning with analytical information, the Calendar helps you understand not only which actions are underway but also how they are impacting your business results.
How to Access?
To access the Calendar, click on the button in the Connectif side menu.
Interface
The main interface of the Calendar is divided into two main areas:
1. Creation, navigation, filtering, and configuration:
From this section you can:
- Create new workflows using the "Create workflow" button.
- Navigate through the different months of the Calendar.
- Quickly return to the current month using the Today button.
- Filter the displayed workflows according to different criteria.
- Configure the daily and monthly metrics you want to view.
2. Monthly calendar and workflow search
This area shows workflows distributed over a monthly view and allows you to quickly check the planning of your account’s automations.
From here you can identify:
- Which workflows are active at any given time.
- When each automation starts and ends.
- Periods with a higher concentration of campaigns.
- Workflows without an end date.
How It Works
The Calendar shows by default all workflows created in your account that have activity during the displayed period.
Use the month navigation, search bar, and filters to quickly locate a specific automation or review the planning of your campaigns. Additionally, you can configure which metrics you want to view to complement this information with performance indicators.
1. Create a New Workflow
Click on Create workflow (1) to add a new automation to your account.
You can choose from the following options:
- Create a blank workflow
- Create a workflow from a Connectif template
- Duplicate an existing workflow
2. Navigate Between Months
Use the navigation arrows (2) located next to the displayed month to move between different periods.
If you want to quickly return to the current period, click Today.
This feature allows you to review past campaigns, monitor active automations, and plan future actions from a single view.
3. Filter Workflows
If you manage a large number of automations, use the filters (3) to quickly find the workflows you want to review.
You can filter information by:
- Workflow status: shows only workflows with the selected status: active, paused, scheduled, or finished.
- Actions in workflows: filters workflows containing a specific action: Email sending, SMS sending, Web content sending, or Web push notification sending.
- Workflow duration: locate workflows by their duration: 1 day, less than a week, or any duration.
- Filter by tag: shows only workflows associated with the selected tags.
Filters are especially useful to locate specific strategies when your account contains a large number of workflows.
4. Workflows Without an End Date
At the top of the Calendar, workflows that remain active and do not have a defined end date (4) are shown.
Use the search bar to find the workflow you want and click on it to view its main actions.
From this view, you can quickly access information such as: workflow start date, total purchases, revenue generated, email opens, clicks, or CTOR. Additionally, if the workflow includes email sending nodes, the corresponding metrics will also be displayed such as: Sends, OR, CTR, or CTOR.
5. Active Workflows
Select an active workflow (5) from the Calendar to view its detailed information.
The side panel shows relevant information about the automation, such as:
6. Analytics
You can configure and view analytics (6) by comparing the corresponding data.
6.1. Monthly Metrics
Monthly metrics show the accumulated evolution of the month and allow comparison with: the entire previous month or the same number of days from the previous month.
You can select one of the following metrics:
- Based on purchase metrics:
- Number of purchases
- Total purchase amount
- Average purchase amount
- Number of purchases attributed to Connectif
- Total amount of purchases attributed to Connectif
- Average amount of purchases attributed to Connectif
- Based on cart metrics:
- Number of cart abandonments
- Based on email metrics:
- Number of email sends
- Email open rate (OR)
- Email click rate (CTR)
- Click-to-open rate (CTOR)
- Email unsubscribe rate
- Email conversion rate
- Based on web push notification metrics:
- Number of web push notification sends
- Web push notification open rate (OR)
- Web push notification click rate (CTR)
- Click-to-open rate of web push notifications (CTOR)
- Web push notification conversion rate
- Based on web content metrics:
- Total number of web content opens
- Click-to-open rate of opened web content (CTOR)
- Web content conversion rate
- Based on SMS metrics:
- Number of SMS sends
- SMS conversion rate
- Based on visit metrics:
- Number of website visits
6.2. Daily Metric
Daily metrics compare the results of each day with those obtained the previous day.
You can select the following metrics:
- Based on purchase metrics:
- Number of purchases
- Total purchase amount
- Average purchase amount
- Number of purchases attributed to Connectif
- Total amount of purchases attributed to Connectif
- Average amount of purchases attributed to Connectif
- Based on cart metrics:
- Number of cart abandonments
- Based on email metrics:
- Number of email sends
- Based on web push notification metrics:
- Number of web push notification sends
- Based on web content metrics:
- Total number of web content opens
- Based on SMS metrics:
- Number of SMS sends
- Based on visit metrics:
- Number of website visits
7. Manage Calendar
You can customize the Calendar display (7) from the settings menu.
Within the parameters, you can configure the start day of the week and the holidays according to the country.
